Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind every order. If your worms or cocoons arrive in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Live animals are perishable. We cannot issue refunds for orders where delivery was refused, delayed due to incorrect address, or held at the post office.
Pre-orders (worm lots shipping October 1) are final sale, as these are reserved from a limited harvest.
Worm castings may be returned unused and unopened within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
